Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA approved Radiologic Technology program or JRCERT accredited hospital-based training program.
• Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (R).
• BLS Certified.
• Advance ARRT in VI or CI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic and interventional procedures including angiography, venography, myelography, nephro-ureteral and GI studies.
• Completes post-processing functions and maintains records according to protocol.
• Position patients, select protocols, and utilize required imaging equipment.
• Follow established imaging protocols and provide age-appropriate patient care.
• Adhere to Radiation Safety policies and dose reduction principles.
• Provide patient education and clear communications.
• Ensure competency across all age groups for radiologic exams.
