Advocate Health is seeking a skilled Interventional Radiology Technologist at Advocate South Suburban Hospital. This full-time role requires operating angiographic and ultrasound equipment for inpatients and outpatients, performing advanced procedures with a scrub team, and ensuring image quality and patient safety.

The candidate must hold a Radiologic Technology program credential, ARRT registration, BLS, ACLS within 6 months, and have about two years of IR tech experience.

Qualifications

• Advanced IR knowledge and radiology positioning.
• Ability to monitor patient status and respond to emergencies.
• Proficiency with contrast administration and imaging equipment.

Responsabilités

• Operate angiographic and ultrasound equipment for IR procedures.
• Assist with complex interventional procedures and maintain sterile technique.
• Ensure diagnostic image quality and proper labeling of studies.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to manage patient care before, during and after procedures.
