Job summary

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a scheduling/administrative role.
• Experience with interventional radiology scheduling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate complex procedures including interventional radiology.
• Obtain patient history, demographics, insurance information, and orders.
• Ensure insurance is in-network and validate prior to scheduling.
• Communicate with physicians and providers to coordinate care.
• Maintain high-quality data entry and timely scheduling.
