Job summary

Carle Health is seeking a Registered Radiologic Technologist to support the Heart & Vascular Institute during invasive studies. You will assist physicians, administer contrast as needed, and ensure patient safety and accuracy in documentation.

The role requires ARRT Radiography licensure, an associate degree or certificate in Radiologic Technology, and ACLS within 1 year. Sign-on bonus eligibility is noted.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or certificate in Radiologic Technology.
• Licensure in Radiography and ACLS within 1 year.
• ARRT certification required for Radiography.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians in invasive cardiology and radiology procedures.
• Administer contrast material per physician request and monitor for reactions.
• Maintain patient care, safety, and confidentiality during procedures.
• Assist with inventory and supplies; ensure proper patient identification.
• Provide instruction to new staff and document procedures accurately.
