Job summary

The Elliot Health System in Manchester, NH, is seeking a nurse leader to manage the interventional radiology department and its clinical nursing staff. Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program and licensed to practice in New Hampshire.
• BSN or higher degree required.
• Current NH RN license and BLS within 6 months of hire.
• Certification in a Professional Specialty within 6 months of hire.
• Minimum 3 years of recent clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical nursing, interventional radiology, and support staff in the IR department.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with DNV, TJC, CMS, HIPAA, and ACR standards.
• Develop and monitor educational programs for staff with Nursing Leadership.
• Collaborate with leadership to set departmental goals and participate in business planning.
