Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing is required.
- BSN is required.
- Current NJ Registered Nurse License is required; BLS is required.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrates professional behavior with staff and provider interactions.
- Acts as change agent to assist staff in embracing change.
- Completes annual performance appraisals with feedback and development plans.
- Leads interviewing and onboarding of new hires and peri-op fellows.
- Promotes governance and staff engagement through leadership rounding.
