Job summary
The Elliot Health System in Manchester, NH is seeking a nurse leader to guide the interventional radiology clinical nursing team and manage the nursing and support staff to deliver high-quality patient care.
You will lead educational programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and participate in staffing decisions. A BSN (or higher), NH RN license, BLS within 6 months, and specialty certification within 6 months are required. Schedule: M-F Day Shift.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited or NLN approved RN program.
- BSN or higher degree in nursing.
- Current NH RN license.
- BLS within six (6) months of hire.
- Professional Specialty Certification within six (6) months of hire.
- A minimum of three (3) years of recent clinical experience.
Responsibilities
- Clinical Management: Manage nursing, interventional radiology, and support staff per regulatory standards.
- Operations Management: Support development of departmental goals and educational programs.
- Human Resources Management: Conduct interviews, hiring, and staff development with coaching and performance evaluations.
