Clinical Management Consultants is seeking a Nurse Manager of Interventional Radiology in Eastern Oregon. This role anchors clinical leadership with operational authority across staffing, workflow, quality, and patient-centered care in a high-acuity IR service.

The IR department functions with close partnerships among nurses, physicians, technologists and support teams, supported by a leadership structure that values accountability, autonomy, and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience leading IR nursing teams in an acute care setting.
• Ability to oversee staffing, workflow, quality, and patient-centered care.
• Strong collaboration with physicians, technologists, imaging professionals and ancillary staff.

Responsibilities

• Staff development and performance management.
• Recruitment and retention of IR nursing staff.
• Competency oversight and quality improvement initiatives.
• Policy implementation and daily coordination with physicians and nursing peers.
• Coordinate with imaging, anesthesia, perioperative services, pharmacy and lab to remove operational barriers.
• Provide leadership in scheduling, clinical readiness, and regulatory compliance.
