Qualifications

• Licensed to practice in the state.
• Valid federal DEA registration.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat patients per approved protocols.
• Provide medical services and health education to patients and families.
• Collaborate with physician for assessment, diagnosis and treatment.
• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures per protocols and licensing.
• Interpret diagnostic information and adjust care plan with physician input.
• Make appropriate patient referrals as needed.
• Maintain patient records accurately and securely.
• Uphold safety, hygiene, and aseptic practices in care.
• Support physician practice goals and team care.
