Qualifications

• Certified Nurse Practitioner (CNP) licensed to practice in the state.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license active in state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provides medical care to patients by assessing, diagnosing and treating per approved protocols.
• Delivers medical services and health education to patients and families.
• Interprets diagnostic information and collaborates with physicians on treatment plans.
• Maintains patient records with accurate information and follows safety standards.
