Job summary

Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) - Board of Nursing; active license in the state of practice; upon hire.
Responsibilities
- In collaboration with the clinic manager, coordinates clinical operations and patient flow.
- Resolves operational and scheduling discrepancies in the absence of the manager.
- Coordinates resources to meet budgetary clinical goals and objectives.
- Maintains appropriate staffing levels to maximize efficiency.
- Participates in employee selection, onboarding, and staff development.
- Provides coaching for performance improvement and supports staff.
- Contributes to Nursing Department policies and procedures.
- Facilitates monthly clinical staff meetings and coordinates supplies.
- Educates nurses on new technologies and EMR processes.
