Job summary

• Licensed to practice in the state of assignment (CNP/PA).
• DEA licensure in the state of practice at hire.
• Active RN license in the state of practice at hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat patients per approved protocols.
• Provide medical services and health education to patients and families.
• Collaborate with physicians in evaluating and managing patient care.
• Document patient information accurately and maintain records.
• Ensure referrals are made when appropriate and follow safety standards.
