Active Path Mental Health is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to support a dynamic interventional psychiatry program, including esketamine and TMS. The role involves administering treatments under supervision, coordinating care, and maintaining precise EMR documentation across multiple clinic locations.

The successful candidate will hold CMA certification, current BLS/CPR, and experience with prior authorizations and pharmacy coordination.

Qualifikationen

• Current CMA certification required.
• BLS/CPR certification required or obtainable before start date.
• Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems (Tebra or similar).
• Experience charting treatment notes accurately and efficiently.
• Experience with medication prior authorizations and pharmacy coordination.
• Professional clinical demeanor; scrubs required.
• Able to work in fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Willingness to travel between clinic locations for coverage.

Aufgaben

• Esketamine Administration & Compliance under provider supervision.
• Document daily notes in EMR/EHR and manage REMS paperwork.
• Maintain inventory and dispose of controlled substances.
• Process and track prior authorizations and insurance communications.
• Schedule patient appointments and coordinate with clinics and pharmacies.
• Deliver TMS treatments per protocols and ensure proper setup.
• Document treatment sessions and collaborate with supervising providers.
• Complete TMS certification during onboarding.
• Provide a safe, supportive clinical environment and team collaboration.
