Lighthouse Psychiatry is seeking a highly organized Psychiatry Medical Assistant (MA), Level I, to support interventional psychiatry programs including TMS, ketamine, and Spravato. The role covers general psychiatry and interventional treatments in a fast-paced, protocol-driven clinic.

In-person, full-time position in Scottsdale, AZ, with opportunities to grow as you gain experience in a multidisciplinary setting and medical regulatory compliance is emphasized.

Competenze

• Certified or Registered Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA) or equivalent.
• BLS certification required.
• Proficiency with EHR systems.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and medical terminology.
• IV certification or ability to obtain.

Mansioni

• Room patients; obtain vitals; reconcile medications and allergies; prepare charts.
• Administer and score psychiatric screening tools (PHQ-9, GAD-7, MDQ, ASRS, HAM-D, MADRS, Y-BOCS, PTSD checklists).
• Support medication management workflows: refills, prior authorizations, pharmacy coordination, and controlled substance documentation.
• Assist with ADHD and cognitive assessments (e.g., QB, Creyos).
• Monitor patient safety, including suicide risk screening and emergency escalation.
• Prepare treatment rooms and equipment; perform daily device safety checks for TMS.
