Job summary

Lighthouse Psychiatry is seeking a highly organized Medical Assistant, Level I, for our Gilbert clinic. This in-person role supports both general psychiatry and interventional treatments, coordinating patient flow, documentation, and medication management within a protocol-driven environment.

Ideal candidates are CMA/RMA certified with BLS, proficient in EHR and Office software, and familiar with HIPAA and REMS requirements. IV certification or ability to obtain is preferred.

Qualifications

• CMA or RMA certification or equivalent experience.
• BLS certification is required.
• Proficiency with EHR systems and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, patient privacy, and medical terminology.
• IV certification or the ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Room patients, obtain vitals, reconcile medications and allergies.
• Administer and score psychiatric screening tools (PHQ-9, GAD-7, etc.).
• Support medication management workflows including refills and prior authorizations.
• Assist with ADHD and cognitive assessments (QB, Creyos).
• Monitor safety and document care, including suicide risk screening.
