Job summary

Boston Scientific is seeking an IO&E Associate to bridge to a Sales Consultant role within Interventional Oncology. You will support account execution, deliver exceptional customer service, and help grow revenue across assigned territories while collaborating with Regional Managers.

The role requires building relationships with clinicians and hospital staff, plus ongoing product demonstrations and education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, health care, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, clinical support, health care, or a customer-facing business role.
• Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas, performance metrics, or measurable business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Build strong customer relationships through routine visits, product demos, educational programs, and in-services.
• Establish relationships with Physicians, Nurses, Technicians, and Hospital Admin.
• Procedural support in a competitive environment and collaboration with Sales Consultants.
• Travel 30–40% to cover assigned territories and drive revenue growth.
• Develop quarterly/annual business plans to achieve targets and report progress.
