Job summary

Boston Scientific’s Interventional Oncology & Embolization (IO&E) Associate is a transitional role designed to prepare candidates to become a Sales Consultant within IO&E. You will be assigned by region to an existing territory and drive customer service, education, and revenue growth with support from a Regional Sales Manager.

The position requires 2+ years in sales or clinical support, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and willingness to travel 30–40%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in business/healthcare.
• Minimum of 2 years in sales, clinical support, health care, or a customer-facing role.
• Willingness to travel 30–40% and lift/transport inventory as needed.

Responsibilities

• Build customer relationships through routine visits, product demos, and education.
• Establish relationships with physicians, nurses, technicians, and hospital staff.
• Provide procedural support in a competitive environment.
• Collaborate with Sales Consultants and Regional Managers to evaluate business conditions.
• Develop quarterly/annual business plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Maintain records of sales and secure purchase orders; submit paperwork timely.
