Job summary

SI-BONE is seeking an Interventional Development Manager/Senior Manager to drive interventional pain adoption across regions, focusing on physician training, field education, case support, and society engagement. The role requires travel, strong clinical acumen, and collaboration with Sales, Professional Education and Marketing to accelerate launch readiness and in-field adoption.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in medical devices, experience supporting procedures in OR/ASC, and proven training

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in medical device, preferably interventional pain or spine.
• Strong clinical acumen with OR/ASC experience.
• Proven track record in physician training and sales enablement.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel regionally (up to 60%).

Responsibilities

• Provide physician case support and coverage for newly trained physicians and new hire field reps.
• Drive regional interventionalist training in collaboration with Professional Education.
• Develop, execute and follow-up of training programs (in-person and virtual).
• Deliver field education on interventional techniques and product positioning.
• Identify key academic program collaborations and support SI-BONE evolution lab.
• Represent SI-BONE at interventional society meetings and events.
• Serve as field expert for new interventional product introductions and launches.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Professional Education, and Marketing to remove adoption barriers.
