• Ability to travel 40-60% across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead a geographically dispersed team of field-based Marketing Program Managers.
• Develop and execute the national field marketing strategy for IVS.
• Partner with Area VP, Regional Directors, Territory Managers, and Sales Leadership.
• Coach field staff in the field to improve program effectiveness.
• Evaluate initiatives and implement scalable programs across the field.
• Collaborate with Downstream Marketing to deploy new initiatives and campaigns.
• Establish KPIs and use data to measure impact, optimize investments, and report to leadership.
• Manage field marketing resources and budget.
