Job summary

EPM Scientific is partnering with a leading global medical device organization to recruit a Territory Manager for Interventional Cardiology in Tulsa, OK. This role focuses on driving territory growth, expanding physician adoption, and supporting hospitals with a portfolio of coronary intervention technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2+ years of medical device, healthcare, or complex B2B sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and territory management skills.
• Ability to learn and communicate clinical concepts in a hospital environment.
• Must reside within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth through new business development and increased utilization within existing hospital accounts.
• Promote a portfolio of interventional cardiology products used in the treatment of coronary artery disease and acute cardiac conditions.
• Build relationships with interventional cardiologists, cath lab staff, administrators, and purchasing stakeholders.
• Develop and execute territory business plans to achieve sales objectives.
• Identify customer needs and position solutions that improve clinical outcomes and procedural efficiency.
• Provide product education, procedural support, and customer training within assigned accounts.
• Partner with internal clinical, marketing, and leadership teams to support account growth and customer success.
• Deliver presentations, in-services, and educational programs for healthcare professionals.
• Maintain awareness of market dynamics, competitive activity, and growth opportunities throughout the territory.
