Job summary

Edwards Lifesciences is seeking a TMTT Territory Manager for a Texas territory (Austin/San Antonio) to drive sales growth and clinical adoption of innovative heart valve therapies. You will partner with Field Clinical Specialists and the Regional Director to guide physicians and staff for optimal device use and outcomes.

The role requires extensive travel, strong sales acumen in cath lab settings, and deep knowledge of interventional cardiology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of five (5) years of progressive sales experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% (car, air, overnight).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate high-quality case support in the assigned geography to optimize patient outcomes.
• Develop and execute annual plans to meet territory objectives.
• Lead and collaborate with field team to drive sales growth.
• Optimize resources for customer engagement and education.
• Mentor new colleagues to strengthen U.S. field footprint.
