Job summary

Advocate Health in Illinois seeks a Nurse, Registered (RN) with BSN or a Cath/IR Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) to lead the Interventional Platform at Good Shepherd Hospital. This full-time, 40-hour weekly role includes a call requirement and a 60/40 split between on-site leadership and direct patient care.

You will partner with leadership on staffing, onboarding, and development, drive quality outcomes, and ensure regulatory compliance while mentoring the team and supporting annual competency

Qualifications

• Solid skill set in Cathlab/IR environments and patient care.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
• Leadership experience and ability to coach teams and manage change.

Responsibilities
