Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a experienced nursing leader for the Cath Lab/IR team to assure patient safety and high-quality care. You will direct patient care assignments, oversee staffing, onboarding and staff development, and collaborate with physicians and leaders to improve outcomes.

Responsibilities include monitoring performance, coaching, participating in budgeting and reporting, and leading quality and safety initiatives hospital-wide.

Qualifications

• ACLS certification within 2 years.
• 3–5 years' experience in Invasive Cardiology and Interventional Radiology.
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct patient care assignments and safety oversight in collaboration with physicians.
• Lead staffing, onboarding and staff development initiatives.
• Monitor performance, address issues, and coach team members.
• Collaborate on budget, reports and productivity metrics.
• Support quality and safety improvement initiatives across units.
