Qualifications

• Current state license is required.
• Knowledge of State Standards and Common Core Standards is preferred.
• Experience in a full room inclusion model or Co-Teaching in a Resource Room model is desired.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support instructional and behavioral goals for all students, focusing on IEPs.
• Collaborate with teachers to interpret student abilities and modify curricula.
• Conduct diagnostic assessments for instruction and functional behavior assessments.
• Write and implement behavior improvement plans and IEP goals.
• Facilitate IEP meetings and monitor progress, communicating with families.
