Job summary

Wellvana is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Interoperability to own and drive clinical data integration projects from kickoff to production. You will work with provider partners, EHR vendors, and internal teams to support value-based care offerings and CMS quality reporting.

The ideal candidate combines hands-on HL7, QRDA, SQL expertise with strong project coordination and communication skills to guide partner organizations through complex data integration requirements and ensure data quality.”

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• PMP certification a plus.
• 4+ years of experience in the Healthcare Industry.
• 3+ years of data gathering/analysis and/or HL7.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data integration projects from kickoff to production.
• Own complex clinical data integration efforts coordinating across partners and EHR vendors.
• Implement Direct-to-Partner products and solutions.
• Guide provider organizations through CMS program data submission requirements.
• Document integration steps and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Define QA standards and lead data quality reviews.
