The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on knowledge of HL7 v2, FHIR, and C-CDA/CCD, along with experience in patient identity management, clinical data normalization, and data integration.

This role requires strong client-facing and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with multiple external stakeholders and technical teams.

Core Responsibilities

• Design, analyze, and support healthcare interoperability and clinical data integration solutions.
• Work with healthcare data standards including HL7 v2, FHIR, and C-CDA/CCD.
• Collaborate with clients and technical teams to understand interoperability requirements and develop appropriate solutions.
• Support clinical data ingestion pipelines, including data validation, transformation, and integration.
• Perform clinical data normalization, mapping, and transformation across different healthcare systems.
• Support patient identity resolution and deduplication initiatives.
• Contribute to Enterprise Master Patient Index (EMPI) and Master Data Management (MDM) implementations.
• Troubleshoot healthcare data exchange and interoperability issues.
• Communicate technical concepts and integration requirements clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Represent the organization professionally when working with multiple external clients.

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience in healthcare interoperability and clinical data integration.
• Expert-level knowledge of:
  • HL7 v2
  • FHIR
  • C-CDA / CCD
• Experience with clinical data normalization and mapping.
• Experience supporting healthcare data ingestion and integration pipelines.
• Experience with patient identity resolution and deduplication.
• Experience with EMPI and/or MDM implementations.
• Strong client-facing experience with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple clients, stakeholders, and technical teams.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with EHR, clinical, or healthcare information systems.
• Experience implementing or supporting healthcare interoperability solutions.
