Essential Functions:

• Support the Executive Office of the President and CEO of MBUSI

• Support preparation of presentations, reports, and meeting materials

• Help organize and execute internal events

• Research and compile information for special projects as assigned

• Help organize, prepare and excute Management Workshops

Other regular daily tasks:

• Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes for Operational Management Team Meeting

• Track deadlines and follow up on pending tasks

• Communication Material preparation

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS: Education, Experience and Necessary Skills all must be met in order to qualify for position.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree inMechancial Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or in a related area, and/or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

Necessary Skills, Certifications, etc.:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

• High flexibility and adaptibility in a fast-pacing environment

• High motivation and willingless to learn

• Project management skills

• Fluent proficiency in English, good German skills preferred
