Essential Functions

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated International Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in various facets of project management, business intelligence, and digitalization. You will be involved in supporting ongoing projects, enhancing team collaboration, and assisting with the implementation of data‑driven solutions.

Other regular daily tasks

• Keep detailed and up‑to‑date records of project milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
• Regularly update internal documents such as team presentations, project documentation, and team channels (e.g., Microsoft Teams or SharePoint)
• Assist with the planning, coordination, and logistics of team events, workshops, and meetings.
• Offer general administrative support for meetings, presentations, and other project‑related tasks.

Qualifications

Education, Experience and Necessary Skills all must be met in order to qualify for position

Education

Student in: Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, MIS or in a related area, and/or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Familiarity with or willingness to learn agile, waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple responsibilities.
• Understanding of the process for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data, interpret insights, and support decision-making.
• Experience with or interest in learning Microsoft Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps (preferred but not required).
