Essential Functions:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated International Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various facets of project management, business intelligence, and digitalization. You will be involved in supporting ongoing projects, enhancing team collaboration, and assisting with the implementation of data-driven solutions.

Other regular daily tasks:

• Keep detailed and up-to-date records of project milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
• Regularly update internal documents such as team presentations, project documentation, and team channels (e.g., Microsoft Teams or SharePoint)
• Assist with the planning, coordination, and logistics of team events, workshops, and meetings.
• Offer general administrative support for meetings, presentations, and other project-related tasks.

Qualifikationen

Education, Experience and Necessary Skills all must be met in order to qualify for position.

Education:

Student in: Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, MIS or in a related area, and/or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

Skills

• Fluent in English (oral/written)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Familiarity with or willingness to learn agile, waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple responsibilities.
• Understanding of the process for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data, interpret insights, and support decision-making.
• Experience with or interest in learning Microsoft Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps (preferred but not required).

• April 2027

• Currently enrolledat auniversityor in a gap yea between Bachelor's and Master's degree
