Mercedes-Benz U.S. International, Inc. in Alabama invites motivated students to join as a paid internship. You will use Power BI, Excel, Power Query, and PowerPoint to create efficiencies in reporting and support digitalization projects.

Responsibilities include assisting the Finance Operations Team, automating manual tasks with RPA, and helping with regular administrative duties and project documentation.

Qualifications

Essential Functions:

• Use Power BI, Excel, Power Query, PowerPoint (with ThinkCell), One Note and other tools to create efficiencies in reporting
• Generate ideas for CI in other processes using new technology
• Responsible developer for Digitalization project/s.: Work on special project to transform manual routine tasks into automated solutions using RPA, Power BI, Excel Power Query, etc.
• Perform Monthly QTC tire payment process
• Create, edit, and refine work instructions and process documentation
• Supportthe Financial Operations Team withcontinuous improvement projects, administrative tasks, and digitalization of processes and tasks

Other Regular Tasks:

• Support team in preparation and organization of meetings and events. Requires mass email communication
• Perform administrative tasks including calendar management, ad-hoc reporting, compilinginformation/data, email communication, and other tasks
• Complete and support any other projects or tasks as assigned

Qualifikationen

Education, Experience and Necessary Skills all must be met in order to qualify for position.

Education:

Student in: Finance/Controlling, MIS, Computer science or in a related area, and/or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

Skills, Certifications, etc.:

• Experience with Microsoft Office products required, emphasis on Excel
• High attention to detail, especially with communication and presentations
• Ability to work under pressure and complete a plethora of tasks in a timely manner
• Skilled in using technology and digital platforms
• Fast learner with ability to think outside the box
• Willingness to work on administrative as well as strategic tasks

Preferred Skills:

• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Power Bi and Power Query
• SAP knowledge
• Process Documentation knowledge

Preferred Start Date:

• January 2027

• Paid internship - hourly rate $18

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in University or in a gap year between Bachelor'sand Master’s degree
• Studies outside of the U.S.A (we are notaccepting applications from students who are currently studying in the U.S.A)
• A minimum of 3semesters of studies in relevant field of study
• Available for a minimum of 6months
