Job summary

Lil’ Kickers in Duluth, GA is seeking an Assistant Coordinator to support our Lil’ Kickers program. You will help create a safe, fun, structured environment for participants and assist staff and coaches across the season.

The role emphasizes teamwork, clear communication with families, and adherence to safety policies while supporting event logistics and program execution.

Qualifications

• Willingness to be a team player and a hard worker.
• Prior experience as a coach is preferred but not required.
• Prior experience in Early Childhood Education is encouraged but not required.
• Must be able to communicate clearly with supervisors and with customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and welcome participants in class.
• Explain all program rules and policies to kids and parents.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding the program.
• Adhere to strict safety rules for Lil’ Kickers participants.
• Assist with staffing organization weekly.
• Assist coaches during training throughout the seasons.

Company Overview:

Our business provides recreational services for children as young as 18 months to 7 years old. We do this through a variety of activities and programming through clinics, leagues, camps, and party/events.

Job Summary:

Provide a safe, fun, friendly, and structured environment for Lil’ Kickers participants. As a Lil’ Kickers Assistant Coordinator, you will support the entire Lil’ Kickers Program.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and welcome those participants in class
• Explain all program rules and policies to kids and parents
• Respond to all customer service inquiries regarding your program.
• Adhere to strict safety rules for Lil’ Kickers participants
• Assist the managing and organizing of staffing weekly.
• Assist coaches through their training throughout the seasons
• Distribute all marketing initiatives each session

Qualifications:

• Willingness to be a Team Player and a Hard Worker.
• Prior experience as a coach, but not required
• Prior experience in Early Childhood Education, but not required.
• Must be able to communicate clearly with supervisors and with customers

Students pursuing Sports Management, Recreation, Education, Business, Marketing, Early Childhood Education, or related fields are strongly encouraged to apply.
