Lil’ Kickers in Portland, OR is seeking an energetic coach to lead fun, structured soccer classes for children aged 18 months to 9 years. You will guide games, activities, and laughter in a safe, inclusive space.

Join our team for paid training, growth opportunities, and a flexible schedule with weekend and seasonal shifts. No prior experience required, as we’ll train you to become Lil’ Kickers Certified.

Qualifications

• Energetic and enthusiastic candidate who loves working with kids.
• Reliable and able to commit to the full season.
• Available for weekend mornings and some weekday hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead 50-minute classes for kids aged 18 months to 9 years.

Job Summary

Become a superstar Coach at Lil’ Kickers! Lead fun, structured classes for kids aged 18 months to 9 years old. You’ll guide games, activities, and lots of laughter, helping little ones develop in a safe and fun environment.

What You'll Do

• Bring energy, enthusiasm, and a big smile every day.
  • Lead fun-filled, 50-minute classes for kids ages 18 months - 9 years old.
• Use our engaging lesson plans and create a world of adventure.
  • Lead your class through our age-appropriate lesson plans each week with imagination and fun.
• Ensure a safe and positive learning environment for all our little players.
• Build relationships with the kids in your classes and their families.

What We're Looking For

• Individuals who are ready to have fun working with kids and are able to bring high energy and enthusiasm every day.
• Applicants who are reliable and can commit to working their classes the whole season.
• Ideal candidates are available to work Saturday and Sunday mornings. Weekday morning and afternoon hours are also available.
