Lil’ Kickers of Lenexa coaches bring our renowned curriculum to life, coaching weekly classes for kids ages 18 months to 9 years old and bringing energy and creativity to games and activities that support development.

Our coaches are well trained to teach soccer fundamentals while having fun, adhering to safety guidelines and building strong relationships with children and families.

Qualifications

• Entry level role; no prior coaching experience required.
• Willingness to follow weekly lesson plans and safety guidelines.
• Commitment to consistent shifts and training attendance.
• Ability to build positive relationships with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Entry Level - no prior coaching experience necessary. Training provided.
• Follow weekly lesson plans that outline games and activities.
• Adhere to safety guidelines outlined for Lil’ Kickers programming.
• Set up, clean up, and maintain the field.
• Assist with grassroots marketing efforts and community events.
• Complete and attend all Lil’ Kickers training as scheduled.
• Work consistent shifts throughout each session.
• Be available to work Saturday mornings and Sunday afternoons.
• Create a bond with kids in your classes throughout the session.
• Achieve a high rate of customer retention from season to season.
• Come to work each day with a positive attitude and ready to have fun!

Job Summary

Lil’ Kickers Coaches bring our renowned curriculum to life. They coach weekly classes for kids ages 18 months to 9 years old and become super heroes in the eyes of their players. Coaches are well trained to bring high energy and creativity to the games and activities they lead each week. Through our lesson plans, they teach great fundamental soccer skills and help kids master important developmental milestones—all while being a bit goofy in the process.
