Job summary

Lil’ Kickers is seeking an Assistant Coordinator to support the entire Lil’ Kickers Program, providing a safe, fun, friendly, and structured environment for participants aged 18 months to 12 years.

You will greet customers, explain rules, coach Lil' Kickers & Skills Institute classes, respond to inquiries, enforce safety rules, assist with staffing, and help coaches through training across seasons, at our Danvers, MA location.

Qualifications

• Willingness to be a Team Player and a Hard Worker.
• Prior experience as a coach preferred, but not required
• Prior experience in Early Childhood Education preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and welcome those participants in class.
• Explain all program rules and policies to kids and parents.
• Coach Lil' Kickers & Skills Institute classes.
• Respond to all customer service inquiries regarding your program.
• Adhere to strict safety rules for Lil’ Kickers participants.
• Assist the managing and organizing of staffing weekly.
• Assist coaches through their training throughout the seasons.
• Distribute all marketing initiatives each session.
• Assist the lead coordinator in all tasks related to the Lil' Kickers & Skills Institute programs

Job Summary:
