Job summary

Lil' Kickers of Northeast Atlanta is seeking an Assistant Coordinator to support our Lil' Kickers program and help create a safe, fun, and structured environment for participants aged 18 months to 7 years. You will assist the management and coaching staff across the season, ensuring smooth operations and positive experiences for families.

In this role you will greet families, explain program rules, respond to inquiries, and help with weekly staffing and training.

Qualifications

• Willingness to be a Team Player and a Hard Worker.
• Prior experience as a coach, but not required.
• Prior experience in Early Childhood Education, but not required.
• Must be able to communicate clearly with supervisors and with customers.
• Students pursuing related fields are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and welcome participants in class.
• Explain program rules and policies to kids and parents.
• Respond to customer service inquiries regarding the program.
• Adhere to safety rules for Lil' Kickers participants.
• Assist in staffing organization on a weekly basis.
• Assist coaches through training throughout the seasons.

Company Overview:

Our business provides recreational services for children as young as 18 months to 7 years old. We do this through a variety of activities and programming through clinics, leagues, camps, and party/events.

Job Summary:

Provide a safe, fun, friendly, and structured environment for Lil' Kickers participants. As a Lil' Kickers Assistant Coordinator, you will support the entire Lil' Kickers Program.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and welcome those participants in class
• Explain all program rules and policies to kids and parents
• Respond to all customer service inquiries regarding your program.
• Adhere to strict safety rules for Lil' Kickers participants
• Assist the managing and organizing of staffing weekly.
• Assist coaches through their training throughout the seasons
• Distribute all marketing initiatives each session

Qualifications:

Students pursuing Sports Management, Recreation, Education, Business, Marketing, Early Childhood Education, or related fields are strongly encouraged to apply.
