Job summary

Lil’ Kickers is seeking entry-level coaches to deliver engaging on-field experiences for kids. Training is provided and no prior coaching experience is required. You will follow weekly lesson plans, ensure safety, and help with community events.

• Set up, clean up, and maintain the field.

• Complete and attend all Lil’ Kickers training as scheduled.
• Work consistent shifts throughout each session.
• Make customer care calls each session.
• Be available to work weekend mornings.
• Achieve a high rate of customer retention from season to season.
• Come to work each day with a positive attitude and ready to have fun!

Our well‑trained coaches bring high energy and creativity as they lead games and activities that serve as a great introduction to soccer, as well as help children master developmental milestones appropriate for their age.
