Responsibilities

• Handle customer correspondences to ensure 100% satisfaction.
• Manage inbound inquiries on new and pre-owned vehicles.
• Carry out outbound communication regarding new and pre-owned vehicles.
• Promptly follow up on inquiries to secure appointments.
• Maintain a friendly and helpful attitude while addressing customer questions and vehicle information.
• Develop and share knowledge of inventory to support sales discussions.
• Collect and record customer data accurately in the CRM system.
• Onsite presence required to perform job duties.
