Job summary

Toyota of Downtown LA is seeking an Internet Sales Representative to handle high-volume inquiries and convert leads into appointments. You will answer calls, chats, and emails, record contacts in the Lead Management System, and advance opportunities with customers toward a sale or consultation.

We value 1+ year of automotive internet sales or BDC experience, strong relationship-building, and a flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ year automotive Internet Sales, BDC, or Digital Sales experience.
• Experience with appointment setting and sales performance.
• Experience building relationships and delivering quality service.
