Nissan of Downtown LA is seeking an Internet Sales Representative to handle high-volume customer inquiries and internet leads. You will answer calls, chats, and emails, record contacts, and convert opportunities into appointments or hand off to a Sales Consultant.

The role requires 1+ year in automotive Internet/Digital Sales, strong relationship-building skills, and a proactive approach in a fast-paced setting. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 1+ year automotive Internet Sales, BDC or Digital Sales experience required.
• Experience with appointment setting and sales performance.
• Ability to build relationships, respond to customer needs, and deliver quality service.
