Job summary

DARCARS Automotive Group is hiring an Internet Sales Representative to join our corporate team in Baltimore, MD. The role focuses on managing digital prospects, guiding them through a straightforward needs analysis, and connecting them with a responsive in-store sales manager for the path to purchase.

Expect emphasis on timely follow-up, strong product knowledge, and exceptional customer experience across phone, text, chat, or email channels.

Qualifications

• Experience using CRM systems to manage inquiries and follow-ups.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Customer-focused with a service mindset.
• Able to work in a sales-driven environment and collaborate with teams.

Responsibilities

• Pull inquiries from the CRM and respond via phone, text, chat, or email according to customer preference.
• Serve as the first-level expert on our products, services, the purchasing process, and the DARCARS brand.
• Convert inquiries to dealership visits and set appointments for test drives and further assistance.
• Adhere to customer communication scripts and maintain consistent messaging.
• Ensure 100% contact activity by recording customer information in real time; build relationships with store personnel.
• Commute between dealerships; must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
