DARCARS of Silver Spring is seeking an Automotive Business Development Representative (BDC) / Internet Sales to bridge the digital and in-store buying journey. This role focuses on nurturing inbound prospects, guiding them through a simple needs analysis, and linking them with an in-store sales manager for finalizing purchases.

Not remote eligible and requires availability to work evenings, weekends, and most holidays. Training is provided; CRM experience is a plus.

Formación

• Must be at least eighteen years of age.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and most holidays.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Not remote eligible.

Responsabilidades

• Pull and manage leads through the CRM.
• Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, text, chat, or email.
• Serve as a knowledgeable first point of contact on products, services, and the DARCARS brand.
• Convert online interest into in-store appointments.
• Follow communication scripts to maintain consistency and quality.
• Log all customer interactions in real-time.
• Build strong working relationships with dealership personnel.
• Meet or exceed performance goals, including response time and conversion metrics.
• Learn and train with the manufacturer to become an expert.
