DARCARS Automotive Group in Maryland is seeking an Internet Sales Representative to guide digital prospects through the needs analysis and connect them with an in-store sales manager for the next steps.

You will follow up promptly, respond via phone, text, chat or email, and convert inquiries into dealership visits while maintaining CRM records and meeting performance goals. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Experience using a CRM system to manage inquiries and prospects.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite for documentation and reporting.
• Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Pull inquiries from the CRM and respond via phone, text, chat, or email.
• Be the first-level expert on products, services, and the DARCARS brand.
• Convert inquiries to dealership visits and set test-drive appointments.
• Adhere to customer communication scripts and maintain CRM records in real time.
• Develop and maintain relationships with store personnel and meet performance objectives.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
