Responsabilités

• Answer all incoming calls and chat/call requests within 10 seconds.
• Respond to emails with a phone call within 5 minutes, then follow up with price quotes within 10 minutes.
• Convert inquiries to appointments or pass to a Sales Consultant.
• Maintain 60% show rate for appointments and 75% contact rate with leads.
• Record every customer interaction in LSMS; complete daily contact tasks.
