The role offers base pay plus commissions with strong upside; our internet team averaged about $80,000 last year, and top performers reached $130,000.

Qualifications

• Clear, warm, well-written communication.
• Comfortable on the phone and on camera.
• Ability to manage dozens of active customers and follow up promptly.
• Comfort with performance-based pay and motivated by it.
• Valid Florida driver’s license and insurable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Speed to lead: respond to new inquiries within minutes via call, text, then email.
• Set appointments, prep customers, and pull up the vehicle information.
• Sell in writing and on the phone; build trust quickly.
• Shoot personalized walkaround videos with the customer’s name.
• Own the customer end to end from first contact to deal completion.
• Learn product features and explain them plainly in person or by phone.
• Maintain a disciplined CRM with timely follow-ups and notes.
• Engage long-tail prospects (30, 60, 90 days) to maximize months.
• Live Kuhn Code and uphold customer experience standards.
