Job summary

Cavender Ford, part of Cavender Auto Family, is seeking an Internet Sales representative in Oklahoma. The role emphasizes prompt call handling, answering questions about products and services, and following up on internet leads to convert inquiries into appointments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

• Answer all customer calls promptly and professionally.
• Attract potential clients and retain current clientele by answering product and service questions received via phone and/or internet.
• Outbound calls following up with internet leads and unsold showroom traffic.
• Inbound calls from sales customers.
• Determine customer’s primary concern and schedule the necessary appointment.
• Communicate with each customer in a fashion that leaves them informed.
• Document and update customer records based on interactions.
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services of the dealerships.
• Establish and maintain great customer relationships that encourage repeat and referral business.
• Work as a team player and uphold the company's standards of professionalism and integrity.
