Job summary

Mercedes Benz of North Olmsted is seeking an Internet Sales Consultant to manage online leads, contact potential clients, and drive appointments. The role emphasizes customer service, organization, and timely follow-up.

The position offers a strong pay plan with bonus potential and comprehensive benefits, in a regular full-time role based in North Olmsted, OH. You will collaborate with sales leadership to optimize selling processes for today’s customers.

Qualifications

Customer-service oriented mindset and excellent organizational skills.
Experience navigating internet channels and managing internet leads.
Must be comfortable making phone calls and emails to prospective clients.

Responsibilities

Monitor internet leads from our website, dealer, manufacturer and third party sites.
Determine customer vehicle needs by asking questions and listening.
Learn and adhere to call and email scripts.
Set and confirm appointments, follow up on shown or missed appointments.
Gather information for out-of-state customers and relay back promptly.
Meet with sales managers and director about objectives and activities.
Follow up with clients connected to the dealership for business development.
Other duties as assigned.
