You will respond promptly to inquiries across online, phone, text, email, and chat, and guide prospects toward showroom appointments with a professional, informative approach.

Responsibilities include maintaining CRM accuracy, following up on leads, and coordinating timely communication.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong data entry and typing accuracy.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to internet leads, phone calls, texts, emails, and chat inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Schedule, confirm, and follow up on sales appointments and opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer information, communication notes, and follow-up activity in the CRM and systems.
• Support equity mining and service-to-sales opportunities by contacting customers and identifying potential interest.
• Meet monthly activity and performance expectations (appointments, shows, sales, calls, texts, emails).
• Complete OEM Internet Representative certification and participate in ongoing training.
