Berman Kia in Lincolnwood, IL is hiring an Internet Sales BDC Agent to respond quickly to inquiries, contact potential clients, schedule appointments, and assure top-notch customer service. You will maintain CRM records and work with the sales team to reach dealership goals, while providing a smooth buying experience.

The role calls for prior BDC experience, strong communication, and bilingual English/Spanish abilities were highly valued.

Formación

• BDC experience is required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with computer systems and CRM software.

Responsabilidades

• Respond promptly to inbound sales and service inquiries via phone and email.
• Conduct outbound calls to generate interest and set appointments.
• Schedule and confirm sales and service appointments.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
• Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve dealership goals.
• Provide excellent customer service to enhance the customer experience.
• Track and report on sales activities and performance metrics.

Job Description

Position: InternetSales BDC Agent
Location: Berman Kia, Lincolnwood, IL
Pay: $45,000++ (Base Salary + Commission position)

Schedule: Monday-Saturday; Sundays and a set weekday off

Responsibilities:
