Berman Kia in Lincolnwood, IL is hiring an Internet Sales BDC Agent to respond promptly to inbound inquiries and generate appointments. This full-time role offers base salary with commission and a schedule including Saturdays and one weekday off. Multiple benefits are provided, including PTO and affordable health options.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound sales and service inquiries via phone and email
• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate interest and set appointments
• Schedule and confirm sales and service appointments
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
• Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve dealership goals
• Provide excellent customer service to enhance customer experience
• Track and report on sales activities and performance metrics

Pay: $45,000++ (Base Salary + Commission position)

Schedule: Monday-Saturday; Sundays and a set weekday off
