MCI is seeking a full-time Internet & Phone Sales Representative in Las Cruces, NM. You will handle inbound/outbound calls, sell products and services, and respond to customer needs using provided training and resources.

A strong focus on accuracy, data protection, and compliance is required as you support fast-paced call center operations. The role offers flexible schedules, industry-leading training, and clear paths to supervision, training, and operations management as you grow your career

Qualifications

• Must be 19 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Typing speed of 20+ WPM.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems.
• Highly reliable with strong attendance and punctuality.
• Skilled in troubleshooting, conflict resolution, and customer service.
• Empathetic, responsive, and solution-oriented.
• Ability to multitask, stay focused, and self-manage.
• Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts and process orders accurately using company systems.
